Februar:
Primo februar
Vi sender årsopgørelse for sidste års forbrug ud sammen med 1. aconto for det kommende år. 1. aconto er et estimat af dit forbrug i indeværende år baseret på dit forbrug i det forgange år.
1. aconto dækker perioden 1. januar til 30. juni.

Marts:
10. marts
Du skal betale 1. aconto samt evt. skyldigt beløb fra årsopgørelsen. Skal du have penge tilbage for sidste år modregnes de 1. aconto. Du kan se vores udregning på din side.

August:
20. august
Vi sender opkrævning ud for 2. aconto.
2. aconto dækker forbrug i perioden 1. juli til 31. december.

September:
10. september
Du skal betale 2. aconto.

December:
Vi sender aflæsningskort ud. Du skal aflæse tallene og returnere dem til os via kundeportalen, mail, post, telefonisk eller personligt. Hvis du registrerer din aflæsning via kundeportalen er det gratis. Over telefonen, personligt med post eller per mail koster det 50 kr. per aflæsning.

Har du fjernaflæst måler, sker aflæsning automatisk.

To start off our co-operation in a positive way, we have listed the most important dates to remember. Please see below:

Important dates: 

In order to make readings and payments in time and thereby avoid fines and additional costs, we urge you to have a look at the important dates to remember below.

We understand that moving to a new country and getting to know its systems with utility readings and payments can be a challenge. Our bills can be difficult to understand for Danes, never mind when you don’t speak the language. Hence, members of our customer service department are always at hand to help you if you have any questions to the below. We look forward to working with you.

February:
Early February
We send out your year-end account statement with snail mail. The statement shows your total consumption of water and cost of wastewater for the past year. We also send you an estimate of your consumption of water and wastewater for the current year. The estimate is split into two instalments (1. and 2. aconto) – payable in March and September. 1st instalment covers the period 1st January to 30th June.

March:
10th March
It is time for you to pay 1st instalment for the current year. Should you have paid too much in the previous year, this amount will be deducted from the 1st instalment. Should you have paid too little, the amount will be added. You can see the total payable amount from our letter sent out in February or by logging into your online personal account.

August:
20th August
We send out the bill for the 2nd instalment. It covers your estimated consumption from 1st July to 31st December.

September:
10th September
Deadline for the timely payment of 2nd instalment.

December:
We send out reading cards. Please note the numbers on your water meter on the card and send it to us or log them into your online personal account. If you log them online yourself, we do not add a charge, but if you wish to post, mail, telephone or deliver the reading personally, we add a small fee of 50 kr. to your account. You must send us your reading by the beginning of January at the latest – the exact date is highlighted on the reading card and posted on FB.
